Visualizing The Invisible

agar-agar, micro-organisms, invisible thread

Out of agar-agar, a carrier medium is formed and suspended in the garden at the Kunstverein "Haus am Lützowplatz" in Berlin for approximately one hour. Invisible micro-organisms gain foothold and a process of growth and proliferation starts. The largely invisible air bound world is brought to light as the surface of a carrier substance enables micro-urban structures to develop and become visible to the human eye.
